Health Benefits: Our associates have several options to choose from through the American Worker Plan by Pan-American Life Insurance Company. Various plans include medical, dental, and eyewear discounts.
401(k) Program: Our 401(k) program is designed to help associates generate savings for their retirement. Contact your consultant for information on eligibility requirements.
Vacation Pay: All associates are eligible for vacation pay after 1,500 hours of continuous work within a 12-month period.
Weekly Paycheck: Associates are paid on a weekly basis and receive their check the week after they work. There's never a waiting period, and pay can be directly deposited into an associate's bank account or pay card.
Associate of the Month: Our "Associate of the Month" program is designed to recognize our star associates.
Employee Relations: All associates have access to their coordinators and TOPS branch manager to discuss employee satisfaction, career goals, and to ensure proper problem resolution. In addition, associates are given an opportunity to critique our services and offer suggestions for our improvement.
