To ensure that our candidates have the skill sets needed to be successful in their roles, we thoroughly evaluate all applicants. TOPS associates are required to complete a variety of tests—in written and electronic formats—which evaluate their productivity and skill sets. Our tests evaluate skills and proficiency levels in such areas as clerical, industrial, production, and construction.
Because TOPS is a highly customer-focused business, we utilize some of the most modern testing and evaluation procedures available. Our primary tool is Kenexa Prove It!, an award-winning leader in Internet and computer-based testing. With this software, we have access to more than 700 tests including:

TOPS also has evaluations to assess more than twenty skills including clerical, spelling, math, and handwriting. All tests can be customized to reflect your specific job requirements.
